Refunds & Cancellations

Tangible Goods – Stock Items

You have the right to cancel your order. Cancellations must be made in writing within 7 working days from receipt of goods.  Please note: you are responsible for the cost of return postage.  Please also note that  we cannot be held responsible for any breakages or damages that may occur in transit and we suggest you use recorded delivery. Once received, we will then refund your payment within 30 days less the cost of postage.

If you decide you made a mistake in ordering and you can let me know immediately,  we can cancel your order before we send it out. That makes it much easier on both of us, and you won’t lose any money on postage.

Tangible Goods – Custom Orders

If you require us to make you a custom item, please make sure this is exactly what you want, as we cannot issue a refund on custom orders.  If you decide that you no longer want the custom order please email us immediately, as we might be able to give you a refund if we haven’t started on your order.

Intangible Goods

We do not issue refunds on intangible goods such as digital downloads, unless the product is defective.

Consultations and Services

We do not issue refunds on any consultations or services that have taken place. This includes, but is not limited to, custom spell work, tarot or oracle readings and paid personal consultations or coaching.
